Terms and conditions policy for a legal consultancy

1. Scope of Services

- The firm will provide legal consultancy services and will be provided by qualified legal professionals.

2. Payment Terms

- Part fees will be charged in advance and balance be paid after the question is approved for legal opinion. System generated receipt will be sent by E-Mail. In case question is not approved, because of any reason, the advance paid will be returned in the account from which payment was made. 

If query is approved, then make balance payment within 2 days. Otherwise, your initial payment will be forfeited

3. Confidentiality

- The firm will maintain client confidentiality.
- Client information will not be shared without consent.

4. Liability

- The firm will not be liable for damages or losses arising from services provided.
- Liability will be limited to 50% of the fees charged 

5. Governing Law

- The parties to the process are governed by Indian law. The jurisdiction shall be of courts in Delhi India

6. Client Responsibilities

- Clients will provide necessary information and cooperation.
- Clients will be responsible for making informed decisions 

​

7. Intellectual Property

- The firm retains ownership of intellectual property created during services.
- Clients may use intellectual property for agreed-upon purposes.
